Red Sea Film Festival, Tornatore awards Rashid’s “Europa”

Europa had its world premiere in Cannes at the Quinzaine Des Réalisateurs where it won the Beatrice Sartori International Film Critics’ Award. It was released in Italy by I Wonder Pictures and Unipol Biografilm Collection.

“The Hand of God” gets Golden Globes nomination

The Hand of God by Paolo Sorrentino is among the nominees for Best Foreign-Language Film at this year’s Golden Globes. The announcement was made in Los Angeles by the Helen Hoehne, President of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

Six films in the run for the Caligari prize
