BAFTA nomination for "Dogman"
Matteo Garrone's Dogman landed a BAFTA nomination for Best Foreign-Language Film. Paolo Del Brocco, Rai Cinema General Manager, comments on the news: "Another prestigious accolade for the talent of the director. This nomination puts the film in competition with some of the most powerful films on the recent international scene. A successful fourth edition of Filming Italy Los Angeles drew to a close. The event aiming to promote Italian cinema has been created and organized by Tiziana Rocca, serving as artistic director, and Valeria Rumori, director of the Italian Institute of Culture in Los Angeles.
